Order Process
All orders must be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. Once an order is placed, customers are required to select a preferred pickup location. Orders are confirmed only upon availability of stock, and customers will be notified once their mango box is ready for collection.

Pickup & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for collecting their order from the selected store within the notified timeframe. Failure to collect the order on time may result in cancellation or reassignment of the stock.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability. No advance payment is required. Payment must be made in full at the store during pickup.

Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be requested via WhatsApp.

Product Quality
We strive to provide premium quality mangoes. Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of pickup. Once the purchase is completed, we do not accept returns or complaints regarding quality.

Availability & Service Coverage
Our services are limited to selected pickup locations. If no store is available in your area, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays, unavailability, or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including supply disruptions or logistics issues.
